Reservation Cancellations

Flexible Rates

• Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time can be cancelled without penalty.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in, or the guest does not arrive, the hotel may charge an amount equal to the first night's stay.

Non-Refundable Rates

Payments made for a non-refundable rate are final and are not eligible for refund. Changes to such bookings depend on availability and may involve additional charges.

Refund Process

• Eligibility: Eligible refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
• Timeline: Depending on the bank or payment provider, a refund may take up to 14 business days to appear.

Group Bookings

Separate cancellation conditions may apply to group reservations, generally bookings of five or more rooms. Please refer to the applicable group-booking agreement or contact the hotel for confirmation.

Special Circumstances

Where cancellations are caused by events such as natural disasters, government action or other exceptional circumstances, the hotel may review the booking individually. Please contact the hotel directly for assistance.
